At SnapLink, we stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed hardware and digital services. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have the following policy:
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order for a physical accessory, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase, before 3D printing has begun
Hardware (NFC Accessories): We do not offer returns on 3D-printed accessories due to the custom nature of the manufacturing. However, if your NFC tag is defective or the hardware arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. Please contact us at snaplink@snaplink.shop with a photo of the defect to receive a replacement.
Digital Subscriptions: You may cancel your digital landing page subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your landing page until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
